The building of UCISV-VER began in 1984 when a group of men and women, driven by strength, hopes and utopias aimed at focusing on democratic changes and making social justice concrete.
Aware of today’s issue of urbanization, as in our time people mainly concentrate in cities, we claim and make the right and people’s ability powerful in order to create alternative solutions to existing dwelling problems.
